Handmade Products

Each set of Bae Press-on Nails is handcrafted and made to order. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges — except in the cases outlined below (wrong item, damaged order, or sizing issues).

Refunds

Refunds are only available if:

You received the wrong item.
Your order arrived damaged.
Your order was not delivered due to an error on our part.

If any of these situations apply, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the issue.

Incorrect Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail size before placing an order, and we highly recommend purchasing our Sizing Kit to ensure the perfect fit.

If your set doesn’t fit despite using the Sizing Kit, we’ve got you covered: contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the unused (or barely tried-on) set, and we will send you a replacement set in the correct size. You’ll only need to cover the shipping cost of the replacement — no need to send the original set back.

If you did not purchase or use our Sizing Kit before ordering, we’re still happy to help — a replacement set will be offered at a discounted rate, since sizing accuracy cannot be guaranteed without it. We highly recommend the Sizing Kit to avoid this altogether.

We are not able to offer a refund for sizing issues, and this offer applies once per order.
