Each set of Bae Press-on Nails is handcrafted and made to order. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Refunds are only available if:

If any of these situations apply, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the issue.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct nail size before placing an order.

We highly recommend purchasing our Sizing Kit to ensure the perfect fit.

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for orders placed with incorrect sizing selected by the customer.

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After production has begun, cancellations cannot be accepted.

Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect.
